Meet The TAG Group

The TAG Group will provide hand delivered, homemade meals, created using locally raised meats and fresh produce, to Veterans living below the poverty line in Upstate NY.  

Each delivery is catered to the dietary requirements of each Veteran and their families and are designed to be shared with friends and neighbors.  This grant simultaneously serves Upstate NY farmers and Veterans, creating a holistic approach to feeding the Veteran community. 

About The TAG Group

Tanya Moyer is the founder and farmer of Mulligan Creek Acres, a small-scale diversified livestock farm. She is also the founder of Mulligan Creek Market, Inc. and the TAG Group, which source and distribute locally produced farm and artisan goods to service members and their families in rural upstate New York. She has spent over a decade mentoring beginning livestock farmers through programs such as Holistic Management International’s Beginning Women Farmer Program and Food Animal Concerns Trust’s national mentorship program.
