Meet Klaudia and Explore How She is Serving Her Community

Meet Klaudia Paletta

Klaudia Paletta is a bilingual wellness facilitator, E-RYT 200 certified yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and the founder of Pink Means Go, a wellness organization dedicated to creating culturally affirming, trauma-informed spaces for communities across Southern California.

Klaudia's path into wellness began with her abuelita.

Watching her grandmother move through life without access to wellness spaces that spoke her language planted a seed that would eventually become Pink Means Go. Five years later, that seed has grown into a movement  one trusted by organizations including Planned Parenthood, Santa Barbara Public Library, the City of Oxnard, and Latino Outdoors.

Her work spans from retreats, community programming, and workplace wellness workshops  all designed from an accessible lens. From chair yoga to sound bath experiences to mindfulness facilitation, every space Klaudia creates is intentional, inclusive, and grounded in one core belief: that our community deserves spaces that center them.

Before founding Pink Means Go, Klaudia spent years in retail leadership, high-pressure environments that showed her firsthand what it costs when wellness is an afterthought. That lived experience shapes how she shows up today.

She leads with warmth, humor, and an unshakeable commitment to meeting people exactly where they are because our comunidad deserves spaces that speak to who we are.

About Para Doña Yoga

I will be using the Ambassador grant to help me expand the impact of para doña.  I will be training 5 additional Latina yoga teachers who will help us expand our impact in our communities. By the end of the training they will feel ready to lead a culturally centered accessible chair yoga class.

We will be able to expand our classes from Ventura, to Santa Paula, Oxnard, Ontario and Los Angeles making this a one of a kind offering for our community. The funding will cover the cost of certificates, printed materials for learning, rental of the space for in person training and time for me to lead this workshop.
