"If you really want to receive joy and happiness, then serve others with all of your heart. Lift their burden, and your own burden will be lighter." -Ezra Taft Benson
I am a police officer in Glen Cove. I love the aspect of community oriented policing. I recently received my 200 YTT from Gritty Buddha. And 30 hr Radiant Child Kundalini Yoga. I am currently teaching a class at CrossFit Syosset. I also practice yoga regularly and am eager to learn more and share the practice with others.
