YOGA AND MEDITATION WITH
HOMELESS YOUTH IN A SHELTER

Picture
The young people staying at Hope For Youth's shelter are runaways and homeless youths between the ages of 12 and 20.  We are honored to share Yoga and Meditation with this community, and hope that providing the tools of mindfulness, breath work and relaxation will support them in their journey.
