YOGA AND MEDITATION FOR
EATING DISORDER RECOVERY
The students in our Karma Project at The Eating Disorder Treatment Collaborative, (EDTC/F.E.E.D.) are on an outpatient journey of recovery from a wide range of eating disorders. The walls of the office are bright and every where you turn there are beautiful pieces of art created by "graduates" of the program for those coming after them. Yoga and Meditation have been proven to have an impact on a persons ability to recover, and this weekly class will create a quiet and gentle space for mindfulness, breath and presence.
OUR TEACHER
"I don’t’ show up to help anyone, to save anyone, or to convince anyone that they should change. I show up to create the space where, as a group, we can move beneath our mind stories and feel the connection that we share, and that we are not alone, and we are
understood and loved.”
