YOGA AND MEDITATION FOR
SURVIVORS OF ABUSE AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Out on Long Island's East End, this Domestic Violence shelter safe house is where individuals and families escaping abuse can seek refuge. In a time of extreme danger and uncertainty, the hour long yoga class will offer a moment of calm and restfulness. In the sun lit room at the safe house, we hope to support the residents in their journey.
