YOGA AND MEDITATION FOR RECOVERY
IN A TRANSITIONAL HOME
IN A TRANSITIONAL HOME
The women we share Yoga and Meditation with at the Brighter Tomorrows home have all successfully completed a 28 Day Substance Abuse Treatment Program and are now ready to begin the transition back into their lives. Most of the women served in this home live below poverty line and are on government assistance.
Our teacher is also living in Recovery and understands first hands the challenges and the tools from across Yoga and Meditation that can serve as a support throughout their journey.

OUR TEACHER
Victoria Moir has struggled with addiction, mental health issues and suicide, and credits Yoga for saving her life. She feels called to pass the gift on to others who suffer through similar life experiences.
