YOGA AND MEDITATION FOR THE
LGBT 50+ COMMUNITY
The very essence of Yoga is the recognition that we are all one and the same in our hearts. Offering the LGBT community a space free of judgement and stress to experience yoga and mindfulness is one way we express this belief, and fulfill our mission to share yoga across social boundaries.
OUR TEACHER
Amy Elias was one of the first Yoga Teachers on Long Island, and holds a double masters in Special Education and Elementary Education. She is mother to a gay son and feels passionate about offering yoga to the LGBTQ community.
